Wine Master Elsie Pells lives and breathes the art of wine. She has risen through the ranks of the wine masters throughout the world to achieve her Cape Wine Masters Diploma and Australasian Wine Masters Diploma. Her successful career has taken her around the globe judging, lecturing and working for some of the great names in wine such as the American Wine Society, Cape Wine Academy and the Michelangelo Wine Awards.

Elsie regularly attends top wine trade shows such as the Vinexpo and the London Wine Trade Fair. Her experience and knowledge sees her regularly advising on international wine projects in the consultant capacity.

Elsie is currently working as the wine specialist at NMK Schulz Fine Wines and Spirits

(Pty) Ltd. Based in Cape Town. The company represents 15 South African wine farms, Taittinger Champagne and a range of imported wines from Chile and Italy. She is judging and lecturing for Juliet Cullinan in Gauteng, Veritas, Vina Lubjana in Slovenia, South African Airways, the University of West Sydney and the Cape Wine Academy.
