Starting right here in The Garden Route, we can on request, select  the finest organic growers in our area, some of which are growers for our own kitchen.  To ensure only the best quality is met, we use only what nature provides for the season from naturally sweetened fruits to crisp farmgrown vegetables, veld reared Karoo meat and free-range poultry.  Our coast of unspoiled beauty provides a haven for fresh seafood, not to mention the Knysna cultivated oyster farms.

The success of our modern, contemporary menu depends on a delicate balance of popular choices, combined with our own special flavors and creative flair, which allows us to expand our boundaries.  Perfection re-assures our customers whilst personal, professional attention is given to each tailor made menu from finger snacks to fine dining.

OUR EXPERIENCE

We come with a collective experience of 12 years in the Catering, fine dining and hotel Industry. Our staff have been carefully selected depending on passion, creative flair and skill.  Each function is a culinary adventure and a delight for the senses. Our team has worked professionally on the Garden Route and surrounding areas.

The service staff are consistent of men and women from local communities both privileged and previously disadvantaged. It is our pleasure to impart skills with commitment in the fields of Catering, Function Co-ordination, Client Liason and Interaction.
