The 2nd Annual National Chocolate & Patisserie Invitational Challenge

What: A national competition to showcase gastronomic talent
Who: All professional pastry chefs, chefs, culinary and pastry students as well as instructors.
The Public is invited to come and go throughout the duration of the day and watch these talented professionals exhibit their skills on stage as they perform under pressurised competitive conditions.
When: Friday, 29th September 2006 in Knysna
Why:A chance to challenge yourself together with the best pastry and chocolate chefs in the country
How: Ten finalists will compete for a one week, all expenses paid gastronomic and educational trip to Switzerland.
President of the Jury: En-Ming Hsu - former gold medalist "Coupe du Monde de Patisserie", and current president of Jury Team USA
