Who:All professional pastry chefs, chefs, culinary and pastry students as well as instructors
When:Friday 30th September 2005 in Knynsa
Why:A chance to challenge yourself together with the best pastry and chocolate chefs in the country
How:Ten finalists will compete for a one week, all expenses paid gastronomic and educational trip to Switzerland
President of the Jury:En-Ming Hsu - former gold medalist "Coupe du Monde de Patisserie", and current president of Jury Team USA
