The delightful "Sprigs" sisters Clare and Fiona Ras who live in Durban on own the very successful Sprigs Restaurant and Deli. They have written a number of beautifullly illustrated books and also have created a series of magazines for spring, summer, autumn and winter. They have also just published they're new recipe book. Everybody that eats there makes a plan to go back. They will entertain and help you, in the workshop environment where you have your own work station, to learn some of their techniques and then enjoy and taste the meat you have cooked.
