Get your hands in the dough with Master Baker and international teacher Jeffrey Hamelman. Join him in a class that focuses on ways to make delicious and nourishing breads at home without a garage full of equipment. Learn techniques for hand-mixing doughs, practice and improve your shaping skills, and share in the baking of three delicious and distinct breads: Unkneaded French Batard, Roasted Potato Loaf, and classic Pullman Bread. Questions will be encouraged from students of all levels of experience. Following the bake, enjoy a tasting of the breads made in class .This class is not just about a recipe. It is to increase the understanding of the why’s and how’s of good and natural baking practice.

30 years of baking experience by Jeffrey Hamelman, recipes, ingredients, tools and equipment ,limited edition Gastronomica apron and chefs hat and a certificate of attendance.;
