 Jeffrey Hamelman will  put his decades of professional baking and teaching experience to use to bring  the complex art of making bread to your home. Experience this ancient ritual of  making bread at home to nourish your family and to greet your friends.
 Jeffrey Hamelman will  put his decades of professional baking and teaching experience to use to bring  the complex art of making bread to your home. Experience this ancient ritual of  making bread at home to nourish your family and to greet your friends.
Jeffrey will demonstrate three different doughs during the demonstration, all of which can easily be made in the home kitchen with readily available ingredients: Brioche, Oatmeal Bread, and Toast Bread. Detailed instructions for mixing, shaping, and baking will be provided, as well as ways to make different products from the same dough. He will put you at ease with his experience as a lecturer and practitioner and will answer all your questions (if you are able to stay all night). The class will conclude with a tasting of the baked breads.
Course will include:
		30 years of baking  experience by Jeffrey Hamelman, recipes;
		A  signed copy of Jeffrey’s book – Bread: A Baker’s Book of Techniques and Recipes  will be available to purchase after the course.
