This demonstration  will give inspiration to the professional chef and baker. By using classic  CHALLAH bread dough, international master baker Jeffrey Hamelman will  demonstrate a great array of visual diversity from simple braids to figurines  and decorative shapes. The final breads will not only look beautiful but you  will be the judge in tasting them after the demonstration. You might even get  some hot chocolate to accompany these delectable pieces of art.
Course will include:
30 years of baking  experience by Jeffrey Hamelman, recipes and tasting.

		A signed copy of  Jeffrey’s book – Bread: A  Baker’s Book of Techniques and Recipes will be available to purchase after  the course.
