Qualified as a chef, Marnica has specialized in baked and bottled products and owns a stall and wedding venue on the buffalo bay road on your way to the beach. She presents cup cake decorating and biscuit baking for kids and sells some wonderful cupcake creations at Gastronomica. Explore decorating with what nature has given us.(fresh fruit, berries, nuts etc) Marnica's use of Eureka Stone ground flour and free range eggs support the ethics of a healthier lifestyle. No added preservatives, colourants or chemicals are added in her products and she also bakes with real butter only.
