Eat early brunch at ile de pain and then join us for the Bread Demonstration. The unique bread recipe and technique featured in Liezie’s book – ‘ile de pain café food’ - is used to demonstrate the making of a healthy, delicious loaf of bread with ease and confidence including 4 variations. Equipped with the knowledge, the student will make wholesome, delicious bread using generally available equipment at home. Recipes with variations are included. Taste breads & spreads as well as a sumptuous focaccia (as if you where in Rome) and red iced tea. Everyone will take a loaf of beautiful ile de pain bread home for friends and family who could not attend.
