To stimulate a sustainable tourism industry in Knysna and the Garden Route by
providing an exciting focus on Knysna's growing reputation as a forward looking
culinary and tourist centre in South Africa
WHAT
24 September - one full day of special food, music, dance and heaps of fun for the children and takes place on the top floor of the parking shed.
25 - 26 September - two days of demonstrations, workshops and talks by very special people who:
• are celebrated for their success, knowledge and contribution to the food and hospitality industry
• are local and wish to share their expert knowledge in the food and hospitality industry
• use local produce as fresh as possible and in season
These events take place in stunning intimate venues in Knysna and mainy in Thesen Harbour Town
27 September - Gala Dinner, a beautiful evening where the best chefs prepare a 5 course meal and an artist entertains the guests
