WHO IS TEVON & DERRICK THOM?

Derrick and Tevon started planning an organic village development some two and a half years ago and this has come to fruition in the form of Timberlake Farm Stall & Organic Foods, halfway between Wilderness and Sedgefield on the N2.

The Hoekville and Rondevlei areas adjacent to Timberlake are full of small scale farmers that adopt organic principals in the production of food products.
Through their research into local organic producers Derrick and Tevon have helped bring small organic food crafters to the Gastronomica Food Theatre event.

Timberlake is presenting an organic garden concept stall at the Gastronomica Food Theatre and is proud to be associated with Gastronomica because of the shared belief that it is the creativity and passion of the small scale food crafters, the fact that local means fresh and the quality of organic produce that needs to be showcased.
