  • Fish and fishing. Responsible environmental behaviour - the day begins with these discussions. An awareness talk - how to become good fisherman and understand the ecosystems that support fish - the offshore, coastal and inland ecosystems - keep them all healthy!

  • Go out to fish - A Dad and son "reel" fun expedition will take place to enjoy and to teach our children responsible fishing.

See at the "Culinary Shed" Thesen Harbour Town. Preparing and cooking fish - new ideas - chefs preparing fish combining beautiful fresh bio diverse products from the market for tastings. And much, much more. The best food products can be tasted, tested and purchased. All of this can be enjoyed in a fun environment with food with integrity, art, music, food puppet shows, mime characters, dance and song.
Imagine you could get your prescriptions from your local suppliers and restaurants? In fact that is how it should be. If menus were designed with ingredients that contained healing powers, as some do - then would we need doctors and/or medicine?
